We have worked with clients that have had sales of $20mm annually to some of the top 10 catalogers in the nation. Tymatt Direct, LLC is a reasonably small search firm as most are. We have carved out a niche in the direct marketing industry and have maintained a size that allows us to have all of the resources that a large firm has, however remain small enough to offer the best candidates available in every industry sector. We are able to achieve this because we have not obtained too many clients in any one area. This balance has allowed us to be profitable, yet provides us the freedom to recruit from a wide variety of companies and offer exclusivity to our clients as well. We will never put you in competition with another client for one of our candidates presented to you.
We do not recruit from any of our clients for a period of two years after the last search we complete for that client. And under no circumstance will we recruit the individual that we placed in the organization.
