These companies are Internet Retailers, Catalogs/Online, Consumer Products and Services, Retail/Omni-Channel, Digital and Direct to Consumer Marketing Agencies, Financial Services, Publishing, Telecommunications, Travel/Hospitality, Gaming, Industrial Supplier/Manufacturer, Automotive, Education, Professional Services, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Insurance, Private Equity, Non-Profit, Membership, and others that market their products and services in an Omni-Channel approach, i.e. (retail, catalog & e-commerce, mobile, social media, direct mail, email, etc.).

Our Clients have $20mm annual sales to Fortune 1000 companies with an Omni-Channel and Direct to Consumer Marketing approach whether that is their sole go to market or a division of the corporation.

Tymatt Direct, LLC is a small search firm as most are. We have carved out a niche in the Direct to Consumer/Omni-Channel industry and have maintained a size that allows us to have all the resources that a large firm has, however remain small enough to offer the best candidates available in every industry sector. We can achieve this because we have not obtained too many clients in any one area. This balance has allowed us to be profitable yet provides us the freedom to recruit from a wide variety of companies and offer exclusivity to our clients as well. We will never put you in competition with another client for one of our candidates presented to you.

We do not recruit from any of our clients for a period of two years after the last search we complete for that client. And under no circumstance will we recruit the individual that we placed in the organization.
