Our search process has seventeen distinct steps that our recruiters follow for every search. This prudent approach allows us to collaborate with clients and candidates alike to ensure that once a search begins all parties involved have a clear understanding of the end goal and are investing their time and resources wisely. A partial list of these steps includes:
